Personnel Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Administration Manager in daily personnel routines, such as staff recruitment, selection, hiring, training, transfer, promotion, dismissal and etc.
2. Draw up, implement and analyze recruitment plan;
3. Edit, classify and issue personnel document;
4. Supervise and monitor the personnel system operation and report on time;
5. Staff attendance management;
6. Accomplish assignments from Personnel Manager.
 
Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft office and database is preferred;
2. At least 2 years working experience in the administration position.
